If you have offered to become an arch-peace region or country representative, thanks and welcome!There are no formalities and you can start contributing as an arch-peace representative right now. Here we have described some steps that you may want to take in order to start.
1. We suggest you to start a blog, similar to this one with a name that reflects your region, for example "arch-peace Colombia". To do this click here: http://www.blogger.com/create-blog.g
2. You can then start posting (in your own language) and invite your friends/colleagues to join arch-peace (http://www.architectsforpeace.org/register.php) and to contribute to your blog.
3. Once the blog is up and running, send us an email with the blog address and we will connect from the main arch-peace news to your arch-peace regional/country blog.
4. An important ambition of arch-peace is to bring, share and learn from work produced in every country and not just from work done by richer nations or by 'hero' architects. We are looking from 'real world' projects.
5. By 'projects' we mean architectural/planning/landscape/engineering/public art projects or news. We also mean work and this may not necessarily be a project. For example, it may be a workshop, an architectural/planning... course, students' projects, or a neighbourhood project...
6. If you have questions or some experiences that you would like to share, please write them as a comment to this post so we can all share/learn from them.
