Subscription: newsletter (arch-peace monthly)

Dear Architects for Peace Member,

In the last months we have changed the way in which the newsletter (arch-peace monthly) is delivered and produced. If you signed a membership with arch-peace long time ago, you may still be receiving the newsletter, but this will cease soon.
Please sign up for the newsletter here.

Subscribing to the newsletter really takes no time. Note that the newsletter is not linked and does not affect your membership account—nothing has changed in that respect.

Thanks,

your membership and profile page

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

As some of you had noticed, we have struggled for a few months with a faulty membership application. This has now been fixed and we would like to welcome our new members and remind everyone that your member page in Architects for Peace offers you a simple an effective way to create a profile (see examples on the left). This profile can also direct the visitor to your own website or blog.

We invite to to update your profile and why not, spice it up with 1-2 images! If you forgot your password, please go to the members' page under "lost your password?"
As if the issue with the membership application were not bad enough, our internet web server became a target of a mindless hack attack. This attack left us and some hundred of others, without websites or emails for more than a week. Note that no confidential data was lost or exposed; any information related to your yearly contribution is managed directly by the bank (Westpac) and they were not affected.

And this reminds me that this is the time of the year when we ask for your financial contribution, which help us to pay a few bills. We welcome and thank you for you support.

Regards,

The Architects for Peace Team

software and admin assistance

Dear Members,

Some of you may have noticed that our membership approval (for new members) is not working. This has been a frustrating problems that we have not yet been able to solve. However, don't worry because we have (manually) approved our new members and you will soon have access to your arch-peace profile.

We are also looking for members (Melbourne based for now) who are software savvy and can assist us with the editing and uploading of our videos. We are also looking for a member who can assist us with administration and membership. If you have already offer your assistance, we would like to invite you to our next meeting (5 May). Please send us an email for more details.

For details on working with Architects for Peace, please read our policy document here.
